my dinner

We harvested while ago these black beans. Its fun pulling them from the wines. I was amazed by its color. When it is cook the color turn to green. I made it as salad. I cleaned it then boiled it 5 minutes in salted water. Then cut it into bite size. Sprinkled with salt and pepper, two table spoon vinegar at mix a sliced onions. Viola! a delicious one a side dish served with fried fish or meat with one cup rice.
