The world of cheese has expanded well beyond American sandwich singles and string cheese. Here are a few ideas to help expand your cheese eating habits!
1. Try making your macaroni and cheese with a natural cheese such as fontina, asiago, gruyere, feta or zesty pepper jack.
2. Make your mashed potatoes with a cheesy twist! Add shredded cheeses such as white Cheddar, gruyere, parmesan or gorgonzola.
3. Making a grilled cheese sandwich? Try adding some aged cheeses, flavored natural cheeses or blends of multiple cheese varieties.
