On loosing weight

There was this TV commercial about weight loss pills that work, I wanted to try them but let me first try the traditional way of loosing weight. And so I listed some to do things I will try for the next two weeks. In my first list is the diet food, then exercises like walking, cycling and more movements and lastly to drink at least two liters of water a day. I hope in two weeks time I can see a little outcome.
