Our afternoons




According to study a 10-15 minutes laughing a day will burn 10 to 40 calories, depending on a person’s weight and the intensity of the laughter. That’s enough to shift between 1 and 4lb a year. Hub and I love watching old comedy sitcom like Still Standing,Two and half men, Rodney, According to Jim and even the Cosby show and Married with Children. Watching them made our late afternoon special when hub comes home for his tiring day work.
