Our prayers

I am upset with the news back home. I knew it that there's something wrong, its been a week that I am counting sheeps before I gain my sleep. Its a pity that when times like this I am not with them and vice versa when problems occur with me they can't be with me either or we can't celebrate and share joys instantly just like before. The only weapon to fight for this separation anxiety is our prayers for one another.

O God, protect those whom we love and who are separated from us. Guide them when they are uncertain, comfort them when they are lonely or afraid, and bless them with the warmth of your presence. Thank you that neither space nor time can cut off from the love we have in each other and in you. Amen
