Balancing

Summer is fast approaching and I love this season aside from the good weather I love the barbecue season. LOL! Forget appetite suppressants this just happens once in year. I can do a lot of sport too during summer. I can jog around for 30 minutes per day or a walk for 1 hour everyday at the park. I will bike for 2 hours during weekends and don’t forget the indoor swimming in the new relaxation center here in our place. In this way I made a balance from feasting out and burning calories.
