Everyday I prepared vegetable dishes for my vegitarian hubby. So in terms of cooking I prepared always two dishes. Sometimes I need more time just doing this. But most of the time all his food are easy to prepare like salads or blanched veggies. Sometimes I experiment instead of meat as the ingredients I substituted it with tuna fish. There are also ready to eat veggie products in the market or in the reform house as an alternatie for meat. H started to become vegetarian when he was still a kid. They had a school trip in a farm where he saw how a pig being butchered from then on he swear not to eat anymore meat. I also see to it that he has a complete intake of the vitamins and minerals since he only eat veggies. I need some alternative vegetable equivalent to meat. And so I found out soya products and other protein rich foods.
