I was also convince lately to try some diets for quick weight loss like eating oatmeal and fiber rich foods during breakfast. For lunch were rich carbohydrates menu and for dinner some protein rich diet. I also try drinking one liter of water per day. I also integrated a thirty minute exercise each day like jogging, walking and biking. I hope in a week a can see big results. I am very excited about this and I wish I will have more patience in working out this diet plan.
