For the sweet tooth

I am searching fat burner foods that will help me to lose some weight scales. I found a recipe diet book with lots of delicious meals. I hope this will help me when I try cooking some of the recipes. I like most the dessert portion where these sweets have fewer calories. That was I am looking for, perfect for the sweet tooth like me. Life is too short so eat dessert fist.
