I am on a diet early as New Year and I have a lot of things to try in my list. I drink tea herb or black tea after meals. The warmness of drinks makes a good digestion and stops the hunger. I already substituted butter and margarine with fresh cheese or cottage cheese. I also eat apple a day and when I like to eat chocolates, I grab a dark chocolate with 70% cacao in it. I chew bubblegum too as I cooked to burn some calorie. I hope these will help me achieve my goal and see the big result soon.
