Getting started

Early as new year I made a resolution that I will reduce weight with in this year. I tried to lessen up some of my calorie intakes and more time for exercises like my usual early morning walks and biking around in our place. Before I have problems to gain weight this time that I have it is also quiet a problem to loosen up. But nowadays losing weight is faster and easy with the help of diet tips and exercises around. I have know this less carbo but more in protein diet. I hope I can have the result soon that will inspire me more.
