Early as new year I made a resolution that I will reduce weight with in this year. I tried to lessen up some of my calorie intakes and more time for exercises like my usual early morning walks and biking around in our place. Before I have problems to gain weight this time that I have it is also quiet a problem to loosen up. I wish my this time with my new diet menus and exercise will help me. I will not give up and so I will try till I can.
